Candidates suitability for the position should be determined based on the shortlist criteria as follows:

Selected candidates will undergo the initial interview for assessment.
Candidates will be assessed based on specifications after the initial interview and proceed to the final interview. If a candidate wasn’t selected to undergo the final interview, they shall be listed as “hold in reserve” candidates.
Selected candidates will undergo the final interview for assessment.
Final Interviewee will be assessed after based on the criteria. If selected as candidates to proceed. They need to undergo 20 days of paid training.
Candidates’ final assessment from the 20-day training period will be evaluated.
If candidates will be lined as reserved, they are required to start from the initial interview for another assessment.
Qualified candidates will be given schedules for the company’s orientation.
Candidates will receive a job offer after completing the company’s orientation.
