Requirements

  • Resume or CV (Curriculum Vitae) are received at the main office.
  • Candidates suitability for the position should be determined based on the shortlist criteria as follows:
    • A. Education
    • B. Work Experience
    • C. Skills and Knowledge
    • D. Personality Traits
    • E. Competencies

  • Selected candidates will undergo the initial interview for assessment.
  • Candidates will be assessed based on specifications after the initial interview and proceed to the final interview.
    If a candidate wasn’t selected to undergo the final interview, they shall be listed as “hold in reserve” candidates.
  • Selected candidates will undergo the final interview for assessment.
  • Final Interviewee will be assessed after based on the criteria. If selected as candidates to proceed. They need to undergo 20 days of paid training.
  • Candidates’ final assessment from the 20-day training period will be evaluated.
  • If candidates will be lined as reserved, they are required to start from the initial interview for another assessment.
  • Qualified candidates will be given schedules for the company’s orientation.
  • Candidates will receive a job offer after completing the company’s orientation.
